We ask you to read these general terms carefully because the use of iSTYLE.ma implies their full and unconditional acceptance.

iSTYLE.ma reserves the right to delete a user profile in case of breach or violation of these general terms of use, if the user fails to comply with them within 5 days after a formal notice to remedy the observed breach or violation.
Welcome to the iSTYLE.ma website (hereinafter "The Website").

iSTYLE.ma is content hosted on the internet and operated by the company represented by SOUTHCOMP DISTRIBUTION MAROC abbreviated as SCDM, a limited liability company with a share capital of 2,200,000 dirhams, whose registered office is located at Casablanca Marina, Boulevard Sidi Mohammed Ben Abdellah, Crystal 3, Building A4-D, 1st floor, registered in the Casablanca trade register under number 108287 (hereinafter "SCDM").

These general terms of use (CGU) including online sales terms and conditions (CGV) apply to the site and describe the conditions under which the company SCDM offers access to the site, services, applications notably via mobile devices/tablets or any other future support (Services).

We ask you to read these general terms carefully because the use of iSTYLE.ma implies their full and unconditional acceptance.

You agree to comply with these general terms of use by clicking on the box titled "I have read and accept the general terms of use of iSTYLE.ma on the order confirmation page."

iSTYLE.ma reserves the right to delete a user profile in case of breach or violation of these general terms of use if the user fails to comply within 5 days after the formal notice sent by SCDM to remedy the breach or violation found.

The terms "you" and "user" refer to the end user accessing the website. The terms "service providers" refer to third-party service providers. The terms around the personal pronoun "we" refer to SCDM, its franchisors, branches, affiliates, and partners. The term "Site" refers to iSTYLE.ma.

Use of iSTYLE.ma is subject to full and unconditional acceptance of all the following conditions and all conditions displayed on the website.

Any use of the services by the user automatically implies the application of these TOS and T&Cs.

iSTYLE.ma reserves the right to delete a user, considering that they have not complied with the TOS and T&Cs, without notifying them.

Interpretation of terms:

These terms apply both in singular and plural. Whenever the context requires, any pronoun shall include the corresponding masculine and feminine. The terms "including", "comprises" and "including" are deemed to be followed by the expression "without limitation". Unless the context opposes, the terms "herein", "of these", "hereof", "hereinafter" and similar terms referring to the terms as a whole.

Severability:

If any provision of the terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceability shall attach only to that provision or part of a provision. All other provisions of these Terms remain valid.

Use of the website and online sales:

During the website registration process, you create a password and an account name. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account name and password, and are fully responsible for all activities related to your account. To this end, you agree to:

• immediately notify iSTYLE.ma of any fraudulent use of your account or any other security breach;
• ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each usage session.

Similarly, you agree and commit to use the website only to display and upload appropriate data. For example, you agree and commit not to:

• defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or violate individual rights;
• publish, display, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, vulgar, defamatory, obscene, indecent or illegal subject, name, element or personal information;
• download files containing software or other elements protected by intellectual property laws, unless you own or control the related rights or have received all necessary consents for this;
• download or distribute files containing viruses, corrupted files, or any other software or programs that may damage the operation of the website or a computer;
• conduct surveys or, ultimately, contests, snowball effect programs;
• download a file posted by another user of a service that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in this way;
• forge or remove any author attributions, legal notices, or other appropriate designations or exclusive labels regarding the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is downloaded;
• violate any code of conduct or other guidelines that may apply to or for a particular service;
• violate any applicable laws or regulations currently in force inside or outside Morocco; and
• breach any of the terms and conditions of this agreement or any other terms and conditions of website use.

The user agrees and undertakes not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works, transfer, or sell any information or software obtained from the website, including images. Unlimited or massive reproduction, copying content for commercial or non-commercial purposes, or unjustified modification of data and information contained on the website is not allowed.

User or buyer responsibility:

Users are solely responsible for all content elements uploaded to the website. iSTYLE.ma does not verify, endorse, or guarantee user content or generally any content displayed on the website. Users may be held legally responsible for their content, especially when it is defamatory or protected by copyright, etc. If you encounter abuse or witness a violation of the terms, please report it to the customer service available to you m.riad@istyle.ma. It should be reminded that any order, regardless of the payment method, is an act that binds the user who makes or places it. It can only be canceled under the terms of these conditions. Legal action may be taken against any user who refuses to pay for a fulfilled order to prevent abuse.

Accuracy of user or buyer data:

You certify that you are the owner of the content you submit to us and that the content does not infringe intellectual property rights or other rights.

You also certify that, to your knowledge, no action, lawsuit, procedure, or investigation has been initiated or threatened against you regarding the content you submit, especially when it concerns a trademark or trade name. You agree to provide accurate information regarding your personal details as well as any other information necessary to access the website services and to regularly update this information if necessary, this information being protected in accordance with applicable regulations.

Accuracy of data displayed for the user or buyer:

iSTYLE.ma does not guarantee that the appearance of the final product ordered by the user exactly matches the image rendering displayed on the website, which is for illustration purposes only. In particular, changes to certain aspects of your order such as size or color of items may be noticed compared to your display. In case one or more products presented on the Site are unavailable, iSTYLE.ma will inform you of any possible changes or equivalent products that you may refuse. In that case, you will return the product if you have received it and you will be refunded.

Intellectual property, image rights, and use of photographic or video data:

1. Unless otherwise indicated, iSTYLE.ma owns, without limitation, all intellectual property rights on the website content, such as source code, databases, texts, images (excluding images provided by our suppliers who consent to commercial use and retain ownership rights), etc. You acknowledge and agree that you must not use, reproduce, or distribute any website content belonging to iSTYLE.ma without obtaining authorization from our representatives;
2. You alone are responsible for any content you provide or upload from the website;
3. Unless otherwise requested by the user, iSTYLE.ma and the company SCDM own, without limitation, all rights to use images transmitted by its clients regardless of the reasons and means of sending (internet, mobile, etc.) or taken during the purchase process (upon delivery) and regardless of the nature of the recipient as long as they are linked by their activity to the company SCDM and the iSTYLE brand, whether they are collaborators or subcontractors involved in the purchase/sale process, or the author if they are a client or linked by their activity to the company SCDM and the iSTYLE brand, whether they are collaborators or subcontractors involved in the purchase/sale process. iSTYLE.ma and SCDM reserve the right to publish and promote them on all their communication media in accordance with applicable law.

iSTYLE.ma and/or SCDM will cease all communication as soon as possible upon receiving an express request notifying the user's or a client's wish to have transmitted images removed.

Termination:

iSTYLE.ma may suspend or terminate your account or any element if it considers that you have not complied with any of these terms;
If you or SCDM terminate your account, iSTYLE.ma may delete any content or element related to your use of iSTYLE.ma.

Prices and promotions:

Product prices are displayed on iSTYLE.ma, in the currency of the operating country. iSTYLE.ma reserves the right to change prices, products, and services without notifying the user.
Discounts will be applied to the total value of the goods, including VAT. The issuance or redemption of a voucher or coupon applies to the total order value once all promotional discounts have been applied.
Only one voucher or coupon can be used per order, unless otherwise indicated.
iSTYLE.ma can offer contests at different and limited times. The conditions of these contests will be available to the user on the site.

Liability of iSTYLE.ma:

iSTYLE.ma has endeavored to ensure that all information on the website is correct; however, iSTYLE.ma does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or completeness of data, information, products, or services. Under no circumstances shall iSTYLE.ma be held responsible:

• of direct, indirect, consequential damages or resulting from the use or inability to use services;
• of data transmission alteration (for example when the user sees the site display the message 404, 501, etc.).

Delivery:

Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form, which can only be within the agreed geographical area.
Risks are borne by the purchaser from the moment the products leave the premises of SCDM, its stores, or its suppliers. In case of damage during transport, a motivated protest must be made to the carrier within three (3) days from delivery.
Delivery times are given for information only; if these exceed thirty (30) days from the order date, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer refunded.
In the case of delivery by a carrier other than SCDM's internal fleet, the costs will always be borne by the purchaser unless otherwise duly notified.

Warranty:

All products supplied by the seller benefit from the legal warranty provided by the last paragraphs of Article 65 of Law 31-08 establishing consumer protection measures.
In case of non-compliance of a sold product, it may be returned to SCDM which will take it back, exchange it, or refund it.
All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made by postal mail to the following address: SCDM ( iSTYLE) , 155 Boulevard d’Anfa , Casablanca , Morocco.

Withdrawal:

Under the conditions provided by Article 30 of Law 31-08 establishing consumer protection measures, buyers, non-professional natural persons, benefit from a withdrawal period of seven (7) full days from the delivery of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except for return shipping costs. Any exercise of the right of withdrawal must be notified in advance to the return service accessible from the client area of our website or in the showroom against acknowledgment of receipt. The buyer must wait for the receipt of their return slip before sending back their items. Notification alone does not constitute exercise of the right of withdrawal. The customer service will strive to send a return slip as soon as all customer information and the reason for the request are received: simple withdrawal or defective product to be replaced.

The buyer agrees to provide all their information very quickly after their initial delivery since they must return the items subject to withdrawal in their original packaging and wrapping, new and clean, ready for resale, accompanied by all their accessories, user manuals, and any other documentation, within seven (7) full days from the initial delivery and to the address that will then be indicated by SCDM.

In any case, the costs and risks related to reshipment are the responsibility of the buyer who must provide proof in case of dispute. Any failure to comply with this return obligation as indicated above will be considered a waiver by the buyer of the exercise of their right of withdrawal.

Modification:

iSTYLE.ma reserves the right to modify these general terms of use and sale at any time. These changes will take effect from the moment they are posted on the site. You will be informed by email of the changes made to these general terms of use and sale.
Continuing to use the site after the modification of the general terms of use is considered acceptance of them.

User data retrieval:

Protecting your privacy data is an important principle for us. We collect information strictly necessary for the proper use of the website.
By accepting these general terms of use, you explicitly agree that your personal data may be processed by iSTYLE.ma.
You can visit and browse certain pages of iSTYLE.ma without having to provide personal information.
We may collect information of various kinds. This information is useful, notably for ordering a product, its payment, and its delivery.
We collect, store, and process your data strictly for the purpose of enabling proper use of the website and in compliance with law n°09-08 of February 18, 2009, relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. We may transmit your contact details to a third party to carry out the delivery of the order. We may also use your data to detect possible abuse or fraud, send you information about the website or our products.

The information collected on the iSTYLE.ma site is subject to processing intended notably for ordering a product, payment, and delivery. The recipients of the data are limited exclusively to persons authorized to know your data due to their functions. In accordance with law no. 09-08 promulgated by Dahir 1-09-15 of February 18, 2009, relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right of access, information, rectification, and opposition to the information concerning you, which you can exercise by contacting our customer service at the following email address: m.riad@istyle.ma (7 days a week, 24 hours a day).
You may also, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of data concerning you.

Furthermore, we have implemented appropriate technical security measures to prevent unauthorized or illegal access to your information.
